![]() We know that people are spending more and more time using connected devices (whether it’s via speech or text), and their impulse is to use them with natural language. “We’re still in the wild west, but it’s heartening that almost every major platform, from Slack to Microsoft to Google to Facebook, all have bots and conversational interfaces as major components to what they’re working on now and in the future.
